Want to learn more and see if we're a good fit to work together?  This 30 min call will help you gain clarity on the Betterpause Reset Program and allow you to ask any questions you have about it or Menopause.

The 3 week program includes (learn more here):  

• 1 - 1.5 hour goal setting session
• 2 x 60 minute follow up sessions to keep you accountable, supported and steady.

The 7 week program includes (learn more here):  

• 1 - 1.5 hour goal setting session
• 60 minutes of online coaching with Holly per week for the next 6 session 
• 30 - 60 min check in session after program completion

Can be booked  to build on the Menopause (Betterpause) Reset program when completed or as a stand alone appointment to get yourself on the right track.
